This is one fantastic shot. The chameleon does look to have a personality, and would likely be saying to us what your caption title says... could chameleons truly speak.

it wasn't hard getting close. They r used to our presence in the garden. like we r used to their's. As long as we don't make any sudden movements, they don't budge.
